Where do you put the house?  Where do you have drainage so that you don’t get flooded? Where will your septic tanks be to keep your home healthy. How are the rain catch systems for reusable water going to work with your tiny home? How will guests and family to visit access to your tiny home? If you are close enough to the city, then how will the infrastructure coincide so that your basic needs are met? What will your security be? How will you get utilities because you cannot use renewable resources for everything?  These, incredibly enough, are only a few of the questions you will be asking yourself when you commit to tiny house living. Once you buy a tiny house, the next project is with the land around it. You invest a lot of time and money into a tiny house. It pays you to research every possible end before jumping in.
